The Health Talk – with Tarun Walecha

It is no doubt that in our daily lives, we tend to forget the one thing that matters the most – our health. Often, we find ourselves stuck in a never-ending loop of going to work from home and going to home from work. We make time for our families but never for ourselves. To remind our employees to pay attention to one’s health and well-being, we organised a Health Talk with Mr Tarun Walecha, a seasoned marathon runner who often conducts health workshops and sessions.

Tarun ji shared about his own fitness journey, along with some tips that we can take up to manage our time to fit some fitness regimes in our daily routines to maintain mobility in our bodies. He had an electric energy and all the employees who attended the talk were excited to start working on maintaining a healthy lifestyle going forward. We even created an internal group where employees share their workouts on a daily basis!

This talk was a reminder for all of us to reconnect with our bodies and to continue to take care of ourselves, not only for physical health but also for mental strength and well-being.
