Mr. Rajesh Kr Agarwal is the Jt. Managing Director of KREPL. He has been the powerhouse for the business to grow by leaps and bounds, domestically and internationally. A well-known face and name in the industry, Rajesh Agarwal has a deep techno-commercial understanding of agrochemicals and a stronghold on the business. A very practical and down-to-earth person, Rajesh Agarwal influences people with his simplicity and respectful treatment. He is also the Director/partner for few other companies like Nagarjuna Agro Chemicals Ltd, AgMa Energy, Globe Agritech (India) Ltd., LRA Real Estate Pvt Ltd to name a few. He is known for his sense of business and his commitment towards quality. Mr. Atul Churiwal

Chairman cum Managing Director

Mr. Atul Churiwal is the Chairman cum Managing Director of KREPL. He is a passionate business leader, a true visionary and has an experience of over four decades. He is highly valued in the industry for his expertise and opinion of changing and upcoming technology. Mr. Churiwal’s aim is to make KREPL a complete name for all farm related needs of our proud farmers and customers. He is much appreciated amongst his employees because of his connect and care for them. He carries an extra-ordinary drive and determination towards achieving his vision of bringing the latest crop protection molecules and technologies from around the world to Indian farmers and has made ‘KRISHAJ’ a household name amongst them. He was the President of Merchant Chamber of Commerce, Kolkata in 2007, which is one of the Premier Chamber of Commerce of the Country. He has been awarded the Udyog Patra by the Institute of Trade of Development, New Delhi in 1997 for Innovation in Business. He has also been awarded the Honorary Membership of International Who’s Who Historical Society, New York, USA in 2008.

Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)

GLP are set of principles intended to assure the quality and integrity of non-clinical laboratory studies that are intended to support research or marketing permits for products regulated by government agencies.

KBRPL is GLP certified by National GLP Compliance Monitoring Authority (NGCMA) established by the Department of Science & Technology, Government of India.

CIB & RC

In order to manufacture, formulate and sale pesticides (technical materials and formulations), there is compulsory registration of the pesticides at the Central level. For the effective enforcement of the Insecticides Act, 1970, the two bodies have been constituted at the Central level viz. Central Insecticides Board (CIB) and Registration Committee (RC).

KBRPL is recognized by CIB and RC for the conduct of the various toxicology and chemistry studies in accordance with the guidelines issued by the CIB and RC.

National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL)

National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) is a Constituent Board of Quality Council of India (QCI). NABL provides laboratory accreditation services to laboratories that are performing tests/ calibrations in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2005.

KBRPL has been assessed in accordance with the standard ISO/IEC 1705:2005 in the field of chemical testing and accredited by NABL.

SENASA

The National Food Safety and Quality Service (Spanish: Servicio Nacional de Sanidad y Calidad Agroalimentaria, SENASA) is an independent agency of the Argentina Government charged with surveillance, regulation and certification .SENASA formally comes under the Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock, Fishing and Food, a division of the Ministry of Economy. KBRPL has been certified by SENASA on 22 September 2015.

DSIR

The Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR) is a part of the Ministry of Science and Technology, which was announced through a Presidential Notification, dated January 4, 1985. The DSIR is involved in to carry out the activities relating to indigenous technology promotion, development, utilization and transfer. KBRPL has renewed its also recognized for its in-house R&D unit from 31 March 2017.

CPCSEA

The Committee for the Purpose of Control and Supervision of Experiments on Animals (CPCSEA) is a statutory Committee, which is established under Chapter 4, Section 15(1) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act 1960. As per the CPCSEA we have IAEC committee that regularly caters the research needs and animal welfare concerns.

Date of registration of under CPCSEA is 18.01.2010 and since then we have continually improved our animal facility as per the recommendation of CPCSEA inspectors and raised our standards. We are glad to announce that we have received the nod for the housing and research on large animals i.e. goat and breeding for the purpose of trade in small animals (viz. rat, mice, guinea pigs and rabbits)at 09/05/2019.

SENAVE

It was created by Law Nº 2459, of October 4, 2004, the National Service of Quality and Plant and Seed Health (SENAVE) is an entity formed from the merger of the Directorate of Plant Defense, the Seed Directorate, the Cotton and Tobacco Controlling Office and the Department of Internal and External Marketing of Vegetable Products and Sub- Products. Toxicology testing, identification and quantification of active ingredient and impurities conducted by KBRPL shall be accepted in Paraguay.

Speak Up-Taking a big leap towards transparency!

KREPL has introduced Speak Up initiative for all its employees. This initiative was rolled out with a vision to build along with a culture of transparency and parity across all levels and departments in the organization. The requests received through this platform goes through 3 levels of intermediation starting from the dedicated 3rd party team, followed by the concerned department and finally to the senior management. Mr Rajesh Agarwal, Jt. Managing Director of KREPL feels excited about this initiative and says “As an organization, we are steadily trying to build a culture where every employee feels respected and delighted while being associated with us; initiatives like Speak Up are milestones towards achieving our vision”. KREPL would like to appreciate each and everyone in the organization who showed a brave face and came up with their grievances and suggestions through this platform.

Durga Puja

On the behalf of our KRISHAJ Staff & with support from the Management, we organized “Bhandara” on the occasion of Ramnavami. A small puja and hawan was organized which was later followed by Bhandara (Prasad) distribution. It was open not only to the members of the KRISHAJ family but for the public also. There was unconditional support from everyone as each one of us could be seen participating in it. We had around 220 people come for Bhandara.

We hope to organize this festival each year with Mata Rani's blessings.

Women’s Day Celebration

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, we planned a day out for #KRISHAJ WOMAN at Head Office to celebrate this occasion. A special movie screening of Baaghi 3 was organized at INOX Satyam followed by Lunch at Epicuria.

At each branch office, the women were presented with flowers and chocolate by their branch head in front of everyone as a token of appreciation for the hard work and efforts they put to manage their work-life balance.

Diwali Bash

Just like every year, we celebrated Diwali Festival at our Head office. A Lucky Draw was organized at our Delhi Office on the auspicious occasion of Dhanteras. The event was filled with interesting and assured prices. The entire KRISHAJ Delhi team got together and made the evening memorable. The winner’s name was picked from a bowl full of chits and there was cheering, happiness and excitement in the room. Each time we named the winner, there was a big round of clapping from all over the room which made each moment memorable.

Art competition

We launched our first-ever organization-wide Art Competition. Keeping the above quote in our mind, we wanted to encourage the inherent creativity present in our team members (along with their family members) and give them a platform to showcase their talent.

We take immense pride in the fact that we have received an overwhelming response from not only our employees but also their near and dear ones. Krishaj Art Competition received 150+ entries from 14+ states, on topics ranging from nature, farming, agriculture, family values, goals, perception etc. We always thought that our Human Capital is expert in delivering on their business responsibilities but with this competition, we came to understand that there are a bunch of talented artists as well.

Our 3-member Jury team, Dr. RD Singh, Mr Kumud Vyas and Ms Akriti Dhingra, went through all the entries to scout for the most creative/artistic relevant themes and the selected ones were awarded exciting prizes.

When I joined KREPL in 2006 I was working in the Delhi office and looked after the taxation department. In 2015, I was relocated to the Panoli as the Accounts Head – Panoli Unit. One of my special moments in the tenure was when I was selected to go to Hyderabad for a Top Level Managerial Training Camp. I was extremely excited and felt overwhelmed while sharing my experience with the Team members and learning from their experience too. Another milestone in my career was when I had been given the complete responsibility of the factory for a couple of months when the previous head was on a leave. It has always been a challenging job for anyone directly engaged with the working culture of the honourable Agarwal brothers, Shri Sushil Agarwal And Shri Rajesh Agarwal. Things have rapidly changed under their vision and leadership. At the initial stage when the plant was set up, more than 50% of agrochemical products used Tobbe manufactures and supplied from Samba Unit but as the demand increased new setups were established at various places to meet requirements.
