JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working knowledge of GST & all taxation works, Factory Accounts & GL scrutiny.
Having exposure of handling audit work in similar organization.
Having experience in SAP
Confident communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.
To Prepare MIS report .

Requirements- At least 4 to 5 years experience. Candidates having experience in same Industry will be given preference.

Area Sales Manager- Specialty Nutrient

JOB TITLE: Area Sales Manager- Specialty Nutrient
DEPARTMENT: Sales & Field Marketing
POSITION REPORTING TO President SND
OBJECTIVE:

To achieve the organizational objectives to grow domestic sales and market share in respective Area/Region. Ensure overall Area/Region business is achieved
Build platform for sustainable business growth identification of focus crops, focus markets and working out short term and long term business strategy.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage sales growth in line with company objectives.
Channel Management/Building: Will support Krishi Rasayan and Agro Life Channel Partners for increasing sales of Specialty Nutrients and will also side by side build up a separate Channel Network for Specialty Nutrient Business.
Team Building/Management: Will coordinate with and train/motivate existing Krishi Rasayan and Agro Life Sales team for increasing sales of Specialty Nutrients and will also recruit separate team for Specialty Nutrient business as per business demands
Area/Region Profitability
Credit Management
Resource Management : Low inventory and expenses to sales ratio to be maintained
To allocate the annual budgets within the team based on the market potential.
To create market demand for key products
To demonstrate effective leadership skills in handling the team members and retaining them intact for longer periods.
Liaison with Department of Agriculture and University Scientists.
To have good market intelligence, trends and knowledge.
To prepare the short and long term plans for the area/region.
Identifying and preparing the future leaders from the team.

* Specialty Nutrients- Waste Soluble Fertilisers, Micro nutrients, cutomised specialty nutrients , Green products and biological, liquid fertilisers,nano technology products etc.
