Muzaffarpur
Our first manufacturing unit was set up in May 1972 in the eastern part of the country at Muzaffarpur, Bihar. Initially, it started with the formulation of dusting powders for supplies to multinational companies namely Burma Shell and Indian Alkalies and Chemicals Corporations. Later on, we became the pioneers in introducing herbicides namely ‘butachlor’ for the paddy market, and ‘paraquat dichloride’ for the Tea Market.
Through the subsequent years, we have added many more granules and liquid to the capacity. This plant is also catering to the requirements of our neighbouring country Nepal. It is spanned across 40,000 square feet approx. The total workforce is 33 as most of the machines are automated.
Baddi
The facility located at Baddi, Solan is our second plant which was established in the year 1996 in Baddi, Solan; initially for manufacturing of ‘Cartap granules’. It is a state of the art formulation automatic plant with a production capacity of 8000 MT/annum. Apart from Cartap we also manufacture 20 more products in liquid, WP and granules form. This unit caters to the requirements of Northern and Central Indian markets. It is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Spanned across 20,000 square feet (approx.). Baddi unit caters to a total workforce of 45 people.
Samba
Due to friendly industrial policy announced by the Central and J&K State Government; we were one of the first companies to put up a manufacturing plant in Samba, J&K in the year 2005. It is again state of the art manufacturing automated plant doing all kinds of formulation i.e. EC, CS, WS, WP, WDG, SG, SC, SE, granules. Our unit is ISO 9001:2015 and 14000 certified. We have the following manufacturing capacities in Samba.

- – Liquids EC 8960 KL
- – Granule WG/SG 5400 MT
- – Liquids SC formulations 1800 KL
This facility is catering to domestic as well as export requirements of the company. It is spanned across 120,000 square feet (approx.). The total work force here is 150 (approx.).
Changodhar
The plant is located at Changodar and was established in July, 2008 under the name and style of Agro Life Science Corporation. This plant is ISO 9001:2015 certified. The plant is fully dedicated for soil health and plant nutrition products. Recently the company made a joint venture with ALGA Energy, Spain and all the JV products are being manufactured in this unit only. The unit has a capacity to manufacture 9000MT of bio stimulant products per annum. This plant is spanned across 6000 square feet approx. The total work force in the plant is 30 approx. The major products produced here are bio stimulants both in liquid and granule form.
Panoli
In the year 2010 the company had planned to enter into manufacturing of active ingredients for which we acquired a 10 acre land in Panoli, Gujarat. Company has received clearance from MOEF, GPCB, and GIDC for setting up of Active ingredient plant with a capacity of 24,300 MT/annum. Construction of the plant has already started and is expected to commence production by Sept 2020.
Initially we started with the formulation plant with the daily production and packing capacity of liquid 60KL/day, WP 12 MT/day and WG 6 MT/day. One of the biggest capacity unit amongst all our plants.. It has got ISO certification 9001:2015.
Being strategically located closer to Sea ports, major production from this plant is used for export markets.
Kathua
Second plant under the name of ALSC was established in March, 2012 at Kathua, J&K. This plant was set up basically for B2B Business and Job work for other companies.
This plant is ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 certified. All major Agrochemical formulations are being done here. This plant is spanned across 97,200 square feet. The total work force in the plant is 200.
All our manufacturing units have an independent quality control system and Labs are fully equipped with latest testing equipment’s required for analysis of the products as per BIS and FAO specifications. Each and every batch is being tested before being released to the market. Proper SOP is being followed to ensure right quality products. Our Motto is
